Each binder is custom-built after purchase based on your state’s current licensing standards and your specific program details. After checkout, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire so we can confirm your setup and assemble your binder correctly.

If you operate a group home daycare or a larger licensed in-home program with higher enrollment, we recommend selecting the 13–30 Small Child Care Center Inspection Binder.
This option allows us to build your binder correctly as an in-home program (not a center) while providing additional capacity for child and staff records. Our standard home daycare binder is designed to fit within a single binder. Larger in-home programs often require additional space, and the 13–30 binder creates a more organized system by allowing records to be spread out rather than overfilled. After purchase, you’ll receive a brief customization questionnaire where you can share details about your program so we can confirm the correct setup.
 
If you only need limited additional capacity, additional folders may also be purchased separately.
